The result of a Management Buyout (MBO) in June 2008, STAMS is a unique business. Created by a number of experienced executives as part of the Halifax and Bank of Scotland Group (HBOS plc), the business has gone from strength to strength. What started as a blank piece of paper is now a business employing nearly one hundred people, servicing the needs of nearly one million customers.

STAMS has its origins in the design, development and delivery of membership services programmes. The MBO gives us the perfect platform to continue to develop our existing products and services, whilst designing, developing and delivering bespoke programmes that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
